Chieftain Heart is a fairly new club to our school. It's really nice because we don't have to get good grades to be in it, we don't have to be athletic, we don't have to do anything special to be in it, and we don't even have to attend every meeting. This club is really different from all the other clubs at our school. The goal of this club is about school spirit and showing the students and staff in our school that we care! One of the classes in our school started what they called "Suicide Awareness Week". This year the Chieftain Heart Club continued it. The week is a great week! We hang up yellow posters around the schools with positive words on them, we do a "Wear Yellow Day", and, this year, we had a motivational speaker speak at our school. He had kids with him that did powerful skits as well. They were called "Break the Grey". A link is below to check them out! It would be really cool if your area school did it as well!
